Kenton Lodge Luxury Apartments
Trinity School as it was formerly known as was formed in 1999. It was part of three sites, Oakfield College, Deneview and Trinity. The building is a listed property which is over 100 years old, it features excellent transport links with metro stations just 10 minutes away.
Working with McCarthy & Stone throughout the redevelopment of the site they have created 53 luxury one & two bedroom apartments for the over 70s. iMS Access Services Limited have provided a fall protection system for the site.
iMS Access Services designed and installed a free-standing guardrail system to prevent falls from height. The system spans across numerous buildings across the developments with a combined length of 207m. Access to the upper levels required iMS to design, fabricate and install two non penetrative ladder systems to reach the height of 2.7m with ladder hoops included.
